Recent past-BASK President Gwenn Bezard is helping Environmental Traveling Companions (ETC) run a sea kayak day camp from August 9th to 13th, out of Sausalito. It's targeted at teens 12 to 15. The camp will observe a COVID-19 protocol under the state and county guidelines for day camps and outdoor recreation. ETC will supply all the gear. Hours are 9:30 am to 3 pm.
ETC will offer scholarships, so money should not be an obstacle for families with limited means, as long as they can drop off and pick up their kids.
